On the day, we all drop in so deep, it happens every time. Whatever needs to be seen and felt from our past is revealed, without even trying, just to be present.

A defining aspect of the way I hold the work is my “Triple-blind Methodology”, an influence from my scientific research days. Whatever needs to be represented in a process is written on small pieces of paper. Participants are then drawn to a particular piece which is placed sight unseen in their pocket and the process unfolds.

A deep permission field is open, enabling freedom for anything that needs to be witnessed in the system and truly felt. There can be grief, sadness, anger, rage, and numbness, but also joy, laughter, and connection.  These states and emotions run through powerfully and swiftly without sticking to the sides of the resonator (the human representative in the constellation). There is very often a piece within their own system that resonates inside, like fractals within fractals, perfectly interconnected to bring through that specific piece with deep authenticity.

Often we’ll laugh and say “You can’t make this shit up!” because there is always such alignment happening. In this way, the resonator always receives an internal shift themselves and embodied anchoring into their neural circuitry and empowering their own capacity.

Every time we resonate we add richness to our beingness in depth, colour, vibration, texture and nuance to what we ourselves can hold, express, communicate, feel and see in others. Each time there is a gift to both receive and give. There is an infinite number of possible things written on the pieces of paper.

At some point, the shift moves through the room and the relief is palpable. The client’s neurobiology is being rewritten in the present time as they embody the holographic shifts playing out before their eyes, simultaneously also in the representative’s system.

This system has been craving this moment for generations!!! This is the day!! The emotional trauma that’s been carried for lifetimes in the ancestral line is now released! Woohoo!!  The need and desire for this to be expressed have been so strong, so insistent, that it’s been derailing people’s own personal conscious agenda for, well, probably their whole life.

This love that people have for their family system has been so deep that they had no choice but to run this pattern, so powerful are these shadows, very much in the driving seat of making decisions! They WANT and DEMAND attention. They’ve kept lives safe, ensuring belonging. But there is another way to express this allegiance and it is by surrendering and cracking open to the pain that has been carried, by individuals for generations. 

Allowing it to be witnessed and held as tenderly as we would hold a chrysalis that births the butterfly from a discombobulated soup of cells, this ancient wound simply and literally disappears, melting into a faded memory. The clearing has been at the deepest shamanic level possible and the new Self emerges with newfound perspectives.
